We have eaten here twice now when in town and have loved both the experience each time. The food is very good! We had a variety of food and loved it all! We had a party of 10 and our server was fantastic! On a Sunday after a game we didn't have to wait for long! I highly recommend this place!
This is such a fun restaurant for the whole family. The food is great, lots of fun games and the staff is amazing. On our way out we realized our son left his Invisalign's in a napkin and they were thrown away accidentally. The staff dug through all the trash for us even though it was our fault. We will be going back for sure!
Great food overcame poor service! The Good: Started lunch with the appetizer YA DIPPED, THEN YA DIPPED AGAIN which included queso blanco, guacamole, salsa roja tomatillo, served with tortilla chips. This was very good, especially the queso. Main courses included the Caveman flatbread that consisted of pepperoni pizza, pecan smoked bacon italian sausage, hamburger premium mozzarella, in house marinara. This was extremely good! Other choices included chicken tenders served with honey mustard and ranch as well as the Quesadilla. The tenders were very good, bud the chicken quesadilla would be a pass. The bad.......SERVICE!!!! Hard to believe 2 of the biggest waitress faux pas were pulled off in one meal. 1. The appetizer was brought out about 1 minute prior to the main courses. This pretty much ruined what was honestly a really good appetizer. 2. The waitress NEVER stopped by our table again so we did not have a single drink refill. Attempts to waive her down went ignored... 3. (bonus issue) I finally had to go to the Maître D' stand to get our check after waiting about 15 minutes after everyone was done eating. There is also an oddly positioned foosball table in the middle of the dining room that is really loud. I would still recommend and will give it another chance.
Public & Main is an upscale sports bar in Bryan/College Station. There are arcade games, many ping pong tables (they have fun tournaments here) and plenty of TVs. The food is really good from chicken and pizza to gourmet cinnamon rolls; I was impressed. I ordered the Gourmet Grilled Cheese w/ bacon and Tomato Basil soup, so great! We also got the queso and a couple flatbreads. I'd definitely come back. And our server Jameson was on top of things. Thanks Public & Main!
